How to fix Toast not working
Toast is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Reload and restart
Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.
Try another connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Toast.
Update the app
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.
While Toast is down: what to use instead
- Square If you already have a Square reader and account, use it to take card payments while the main till is unavailable.
- Clover A Clover terminal gives you a second way to ring up sales and charge cards if you have one set up.
- Standalone card terminal Run payments through a standalone card terminal or your bank's machine when the app will not process a charge.
- Paper tickets Write orders on paper and call them to the kitchen so service keeps moving while the app is down.

How we track Toast
