    Open Settings, find the app, and allow Microphone access; on iPhone, scroll to the app and turn on Microphone, while on Android you go to Apps, then the app, then Permissions, then Microphone, and choose Allow. Voice chat fails when this permission is off.

  4. Clear Talkie Cache or Reinstall

    On Android, open Settings, then Apps, then the app, then Storage, then Clear cache; if the app still fails, tap Clear storage and sign in again. Talkie is AI chat. Teens and roleplay fans use it to talk with custom bots and follow ongoing stories, so when it drops you lose chats and bot replies.

You notice it first when messages hang on sending and character replies stall in chat. You can scroll the home feed and search while chats fail, which makes the outage look partial because old threads open but new turns never arrive. Logins also loop sometimes.
