    Install the full chain with the leaf certificate and the Sectigo intermediate, then restart the web server. Run openssl s_client -connect your-host:443 -servername your-host and check that the chain includes the intermediate; a missing intermediate causes certificate-not-trusted warnings in browsers even when the site loads for you.

  4. Collect logs for Sectigo support

For multiple names, you need a multi-domain or wildcard certificate that lists them in the subject alternative name field.
