How to fix Teleboy not working
Teleboy is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Reload the page or restart the app
A hard refresh clears a stale session faster than anything else. On desktop press Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac, rather than the normal reload button, and on a phone or TV box close the app completely and open it again. If the picture freezes a few seconds in, this often fixes it.
Sign out, then sign back in
An expired login looks like a stuck loading spinner or a black player with no error text. Sign out from the account menu and log in again with the same email and password; one device can hold an old session while the others work fine. Repeat it on each device you watch on.
Switch networks or turn off the VPN
Move from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or the other way round, and see whether playback returns. A VPN or a custom DNS setting can block the stream even when the rest of your internet works fine, so turn both off and test again. Hotel and office captive portals cause the same failure.
Check the official status page before reinstalling
The company's own status page at status.teleboy.ch is the first place to look before you spend time on your device. If nothing is listed there, delete the app and install it fresh from your app store, because a corrupted cache survives most updates. Then sign back in.

What happens when Teleboy goes down
Teleboy is a Swiss TV and streaming service for live channels and recordings, and households in Switzerland rely on it for daily viewing. An outage interrupts stream start, channel switching, playback, and access to saved shows.
Playback tends to fail first: the app opens, yet the channel list stalls and a stream that does start may freeze within seconds. Switching channels can drop you back to a loading screen, and recordings or saved shows may refuse to play even when the rest of the app responds. If sign-in fails, you cannot reach your library at all. Problems are often partial rather than total; one channel or one region can fail while another works, and the phone app may behave differently from the TV app.
