How to fix Netsuite not working
Netsuite is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Reload and restart
Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.
Try another connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Netsuite.
Update the app
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.
While Netsuite is down: what to use instead
- QuickBooks Online Use it for invoices and expense entries when the app will not load, then export the records once the service is back.
- Xero Enter bills and bank transactions here if you need a clean record while the service is unavailable.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Open it for order and inventory work if your team already keeps a copy there.
- Desktop web version Try the desktop web version first when the mobile app stalls, though a full outage will hit both.

How we track Netsuite
