Webex outages and problems
In the past 24 hours, 18 user reports came in for Webex. Counting only the 15-minute windows with a spike big enough to count as an outage, that comes to 100.00% uptime for the day.
The busiest 15-minute window had 2 reports, about 23 hours ago. That stays below our outage threshold, so it doesn't count as downtime.

How to fix Webex not working
Webex is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:
Your browser tries to reach webex.com over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
Reload and restart
Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.
Try another connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Webex.
Update the app
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.
While Webex is down: what to use instead
- Zoom Start an impromptu video call here when the meeting link will not open and participants need a working room in minutes.
- Google Meet Use a browser-based call for a quick discussion when someone needs to share slides and the scheduled room is unreachable.
- Microsoft Teams Keep the conversation moving in an existing channel if your team already uses it for chat and calls.
- Phone dial-in Join by phone when the host sent a dial-in number and the app or browser fails to carry the audio.

How we track Webex
The status on this page comes from user-submitted problem reports for Webex, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. Each window is compared with the normal level for Webex, so a few complaints on a quiet day don't trigger anything, but a sudden jump well above normal does.
When reports climb well above normal, the status here changes to partial outage or major outage and the chart moves with it. Webex doesn't publish a public status page that we know of, so user reports are often the quickest sign that something is wrong on their side.
