If login hangs, the character list will not load, or a map stays on the loading screen, test a second network. On Android, open Settings, Apps, DOFUS Touch, Storage and cache, then tap Clear cache. iPhone and iPad do not have a matching app cache button, so update from the App Store first; if the same install still freezes, touch and hold the app icon, tap Remove App, Delete App, then install it again and sign in.

What happens when Dofus Touch goes down

Dofus Touch is Ankama's mobile version of Dofus, a tactical online RPG for iOS and Android with a large French player base. When it has trouble, players can lose access to login, character selection, fights, chat, and market activity.

The login screen is usually the first place you notice trouble, with failed account sign in or a server list that will not load. If you are already in the app, fights may hang, map changes can stall, and chat or guild messages can stop sending. Problems can be partial, since one game server or the account system may be affected while the website still opens. Reports may cluster in France because many players are there, so a spike can look regional even when the fault is inside the service.

Is Dofus Touch down right now?

Why does the app stop at the Ankama account login screen?

A stuck login screen can come from old session data, a weak connection, or a block during the account check. Force close the app, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then sign in again. If reports rise at the same time, wait before changing your password or retrying over and over.

Why does it say the server is under maintenance when I try to play?

That message means the game server is not taking players at that moment, often during planned work or a restart. Close the app rather than tapping reconnect in a loop, then try again after a few minutes. If it affects one server only, try another character on a different server if you have one.

Why can I open the shop but my Goultines or purchase do not appear?

App Store and Google Play purchases can take time to reach the Ankama account after payment clears. Do not buy the same pack twice while the first order is pending. Keep the store receipt, restart the app, and use it if you need to ask the publisher for help.

Why does a fight load, then the app disconnects on iPhone or Android?

Mobile memory or a shaky connection can drop the game during map changes and fights, even when chat worked a moment before. Close other apps, turn off VPN or ad-blocking DNS, and test the other connection type. If reports are above normal, leave the character logged out for a bit so the session can clear.
