How to fix Zattoo not working
Zattoo is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Force quit and update the app
Close the app completely, then open your app store and install any pending update. On Android, use Settings > Apps > Zattoo > Force stop if the app will not close. Reopen it and try the same channel.
Sign out and sign back in
Open the app menu, go to Account or Settings, and choose Sign out. Sign in again with the same email and password; a stale session can leave channels visible while playback fails.
Test another network
Turn off Wi-Fi and play over mobile data, or join a different Wi-Fi network and retry. If a VPN is on, turn it off in the device settings because the service checks the country of your connection.
Clear cache and reinstall
On Android, open Settings > Apps > Zattoo > Storage & cache and tap Clear cache. If playback still fails, uninstall the app and install it again from the store. On iOS, delete the app and reinstall it because there is no separate cache clear.

Zattoo is a streaming TV service for live channels and cloud recordings across web and TV apps, and households use it when they want a cable-style lineup without a cable box. An outage interrupts channel switching and playback, and recordings can stall; the status at the top of each page shows whether user problem reports are above their usual level in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours, and those reports go to a public outage-reporting service, not to this site, which does not ping, probe, poll, measure or monitor the service, collects no reports itself, and never checks from any location.
Live channels usually fail first: you tap a channel and get a spinner or a playback error while the app menu still loads. Cloud recordings and on-demand titles may fail next, and you can see a recording fail to start or a show return to the guide instead of playing. Login and app launch problems hit more broadly, but channel rights and country-specific lineups mean a fault can be limited to one region or a single channel group; retrying after a few minutes and checking a live channel before a recording tells you whether the break is partial.
