How to fix Trustpilot not working

Trustpilot is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Your browser tries to reach trustpilot.com over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.

Reload the business review page
Reload the page first. Press Ctrl + R on Windows or Cmd + R on Mac if you see a blank business profile, because the review form often loads on the second attempt after scripts finish.
Open the business profile in Incognito
You isolate extension faults this way. Open a New Incognito window with Ctrl + Shift + N on Windows or Cmd + Shift + N on Mac, then paste the business profile link and try to publish your review while no ad blocker runs.
Delete Trustpilot cookies in Chrome
When you stay stuck on the login loop after Incognito works, old site data blocks you. Go to Chrome Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data, tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, then restart Chrome and sign back in to post your review.
Reinstall the Trustpilot mobile app
Hold the app icon to remove it. If you still see a white screen or your published review never appears after you cleared cookies, delete the app through Remove App > Delete App and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play, then log back in with your original method.

Fix: Clear the cache and data for your mobile browser or the Trustpilot app in your Android settings. You can also check the Google Play Store for any pending updates to the app.

Trustpilot on iPhone and iPad

Fix: Force close and restart your browser or the Trustpilot app, and clear your Safari browsing history in the iOS Settings app. Ensure the Trustpilot app is updated to the latest version via the App Store.

Trustpilot hosts business reviews. You check star ratings and written feedback before you buy while businesses answer reviews and show TrustScore badges that disappear when pages fail to load.

Review pages stall first with blank stars and spinning loaders because profile content pulls from several back ends at once. You can still read cached text while new reviews refuse to post. Business dashboards and TrustBox widgets drop next; invite links hang and embedded scores on store sites show empty boxes instead of ratings. Most failures hit parts of the service rather than every region at once.

Why does my review keep disappearing after I post it?

Your review stays hidden while it sits in moderation if wording trips the filters for promo or personal details. Wait a day first. If you edit the text to remove links and order numbers, you often clear the hold and the post goes live without another flag.

Why can't I log in to leave or edit a review?

Social sign-in sticks in a loop when third-party cookies stay blocked or your email holds two profiles. Open an incognito window and try email link sign-in. If password reset mail fails to arrive, check spam and open the help centre at https://support.trustpilot.com/hc/en-us for steps you can try.

Why is the business page or score not loading for me?

A blank profile or old stars often appears when cache holds stale data while the business updates its TrustBox widget. Hard refresh the page. If the page still spins on Wi-Fi but opens on mobile data, your ad blocker or DNS blocks the images and scripts.

Why won't my review invitation link open?

An old email link lands on an expired invite after you posted through another invite. Ask for a fresh invite. If the button spins then drops you at sign-in, copy the link to another browser because in-app browsers often strip the token.
