Bejeweled is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Restart the gem board
If a cascade or advert leaves the board stuck, close the game completely and open it again. On iPhone or iPad, open the app switcher and swipe the game card up; on Android, go to Settings > Apps > See all apps > Bejeweled > Force stop, then tap the app icon.
Switch the game connection
A weak connection can leave a loading spinner on screen after the board opens. On iPhone, use Settings > Wi-Fi or Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data; on Android, use Settings > Network & internet > Internet, then try the game again.
Update the app build
Crashes at launch can come from an old app build after your phone has updated. On iPhone or iPad, open App Store > profile picture and scroll to Available Updates; on Android, open Google Play > profile icon > Manage apps & device > Updates available.
Reinstall the mobile game
Only do this after the quick checks, because deleting the app can remove local progress if the game has not synced. Bejeweled is EA’s match 3 puzzle game from PopCap, played by people in the UK on web and mobile versions tied to EA’s game services. When it has an outage, play can stop mid-session and progress may fail to sync.

Is Bejeweled down right now?

Why does Bejeweled Blitz get stuck on the loading screen?

A stuck Blitz load often comes from the app session, the browser session, or a sign-in token that has gone stale. Close the game fully, reopen Facebook or the mobile app, and sign back in if it asks. Why are my coins or boosts missing in Bejeweled Blitz?

If the store has charged you and the coins still do not show, keep the receipt and contact EA support through the app or your store purchase history.
