BECU is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Reload and restart
Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.
Try another connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not BECU.
Update the app
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.
While BECU is down: what to use instead
- BECU website When the app stalls at sign-in or shows a blank screen, open the website in a browser and try the same task there.
- Debit or credit card Pay by card if the app will not load at checkout.
- ATM with your card For cash or a balance check while mobile banking is down, use an ATM and keep the printed receipt.
- Official status page Check it before you retry a failed transfer, because the service may already list the problem.

How we track BECU
