Force quit the 7-Eleven app
On iPhone, swipe up from the bottom and pause, then swipe the app card up to close it. On Android, open the recent apps screen and swipe the app away; reopen it and try the same screen again.

- A delivery app DoorDash and Uber Eats carry convenience store items in many areas, which gets an order to your door while the delivery side of the app is unreachable.
- Call the store A staff member at the location can tell you whether the pumps are working or an item is on the shelf when the store pages will not open.
What happens when 7-Eleven goes down
7-Eleven is a convenience store chain, and its app handles rewards and 7NOW delivery for people who order ahead or check their points. An outage interrupts both, so you wait at the counter or watch a delivery stall.
Login and rewards tend to fail first: the app loops back to the sign-in screen, and your points balance won't load. 7NOW checkout can stall or drop the order, while delivery tracking freezes after the confirmation. The counter still works. Outages are often partial, so one region or one feature fails while the rest of the app keeps working.
