How to fix UKG not working
UKG is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Reload and restart
Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.
Try another connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not UKG.
Update the app
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.
While UKG is down: what to use instead
- Web portal Use a browser on your phone or laptop when the mobile app will not load; the web view can still show schedules, timecards, pay statements, and time-off requests if the service is reachable.
- Manager or team lead Ask your manager or team lead to add or fix your punch on their side if you cannot clock in through the app.
- Work time clock Use the badge reader or wall clock at work to record a punch when the app or browser will not accept it.
- Paper timesheet Write your start and end times on paper and hand them to your manager or payroll if punches do not save.

How we track UKG
