Knuddels is a German chat community. You join themed rooms, send private messages, play small games, and use a nickname; regulars and casual visitors rely on it for company, so an outage cuts off room chat and private messages.

Login breaks first. You tap the app or open the web client, enter your nickname and password, and the screen hangs or throws you back to the start, so you cannot reach any room. If you are already inside, chat messages may stop sending or show up late, and private messages can sit unsent while the room list stays empty. Games and profile pages tend to fail next, and the trouble is often partial: one room may work while another stalls, and the mobile app can act up while the web version loads.
