EA app stuck on preparing
Game will not launch past Preparing
The EA app keeps showing a game as preparing and won't let you play it. EA's steps target the app cache, background programs and outdated drivers.

How to fix it
Clear the EA app's cache from App Recovery.
Close background apps that may slow the EA app down.
Install pending Windows and graphics driver updates.
Clean boot your computer and try again.
