EA app download stuck
Game download or update won't progress
A game download or update stops at a percentage or stays on waiting. EA suggests clearing the app cache first, and notes that a FAT32 drive stops downloads at 4 GB.
Fix it
How to fix it
Open the EA app menu, go to Help and choose App Recovery.
Select Clear Cache and let the app restart.
If the download stops at 4 GB, check whether the drive is formatted as FAT32.
Check that EA app servers are up and your connection works.
Reinstall the EA app, then start the download again.
