EA app cannot use port 3216
A communication error that means the EA app couldn't run on port 3216, which it needs to launch.
Fix it
How to fix error EC:10701
Restart your computer and open the EA app again.
Open Control Panel and go to Network & Internet.
Disable virtual network adapters such as Hyper-V, TAP-Windows or VMware, and any VPN.
On a Mac, close any other app that is using port 3216.
Restart the EA app and launch your game.
