Hard refresh the Jira issue view
Do a hard refresh. If you see Jira board spin or show stale cards while other sites load, press Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac for fresh data.
Log out and back into Confluence
Click your avatar at the top right, choose Log out, then sign back in with the email you use for Confluence. You break the login loop.
Open Trello in an incognito window
You can isolate a Trello board that fails to save cards by opening an incognito window with Ctrl+Shift+N, which disables extensions that block sync. Try editing a card.
Clear site data for Jira and Confluence
In Chrome open Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data, then remove cached files for the pages that stay blank for you. Reload the page.

Fix Atlassian on Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone

Atlassian on Windows

Fix: Clear your web browser's cache and cookies, or try flushing your DNS cache to resolve connection issues with Atlassian. Ensure your Windows Firewall or antivirus software is not blocking Atlassian domains.
Check: Check the official Atlassian Status page to see if Jira, Confluence, or other services are experiencing outages. Alternatively, try accessing your Atlassian site in a private browsing window to rule out local browser cache issues.

Atlassian on Android

Fix: Force stop the Atlassian app, clear its cache in your device settings, and check the Google Play Store for updates. If issues persist, try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or reinstalling the app.

Atlassian on iPhone and iPad

Fix: Restart the Atlassian app on your iPhone or iPad, and verify in the App Store that you are running the latest version. If connection errors continue, reset your network settings or reinstall the app.
Check: Check the Atlassian Status page using Safari to see if there is an ongoing cloud outage. You can also test if the Jira or Confluence iOS app fails to load while other apps connect normally to the internet.

What happens when Atlassian goes down

Atlassian makes cloud tools that software teams, IT help desks, project managers, and support agents use every day. When it goes down, you cannot update Jira issues, save Confluence pages, push code to Bitbucket, or load Trello boards, so handoffs and releases stall.

The first sign is login trouble or a dashboard that spins without loading. After that, Jira boards may stop updating, comments and transitions fail to save, Confluence pages hang on publish, and Bitbucket pushes and pulls stall. Trello cards and boards may not load or refresh. A full suite outage is rare; reports cluster around one product or one region, so your account may work while a teammate's does not.

Is Atlassian down right now?

The status at the top of this page shows whether reports for the service are above their usual level, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. It counts user problem reports; the site never pings or checks anything itself. Look at the official status page at https://status.atlassian.com for a posted incident, then test your side by opening the site on another network or device and turning off any VPN or content blocker. If the same screen fails everywhere you try, the problem is not just you.

Jira loads, but my issues spin forever when I open them. Is that on my side?

Jira can serve your board fine and still fail to open a single issue. Open that issue in a private window, and have a teammate on a different network try it too. If both of you get the same blank or spinning view, the service is the likely cause; if it only fails for you, a stale session cookie or a blocked script is usually behind it. Clear the cookies for the site, then sign in again.

Confluence won't load one page for me, but my team can open it. What is going on?

A single page can fail while the rest of Confluence works, and that usually points at your browser or your session rather than the service. Have a teammate open the same page from a different network. If it loads for them, sign out fully and try again in a private window with extensions off. When everyone sees the error, check the status at the top of the page before you blame your setup.

I keep getting sent back to the login screen on my Atlassian account.

Login loops show up even when Jira and Confluence are running fine for everyone else. An expired session at your identity provider is the usual cause, and a browser profile that half-finished a sign-in can do the same thing. Try a private window with extensions off. If the loop follows you across devices and networks, ask your admin to check the SSO side, and the help centre has reset steps for a locked account.

Bitbucket rejects my push even though the status page looks green.

Git authentication fails for a lot of reasons that have nothing to do with an outage. An expired app password or a repository you lost access to will stop a push every time, and the web UI keeps working. Try the same push over HTTPS instead of SSH. If git still refuses while the browser opens your repo fine, check your app password and access level again.
