A problem on the network is stopping your device from reaching Netflix.

Is Netflix down right now? Operational: 7 problem reports in the last hour. If it were down for everyone, this error could come from there; right now it looks normal.

How to fix error NW-3-6

Undo custom modem, VPN, proxy or DNS settings so the connection uses defaults.
Turn off the device, restart the modem and router, then turn the device back on.
On consoles, set IP address and DNS to automatic and run the connection test.
Ask your internet provider to check for DNS problems and whether your device can reach Netflix's servers.
