Netflix won't play in a web browser because a browser setting is blocking it, or your plan only allows watching on a phone or tablet.

How to fix error M7111-1331

If you open Netflix from a bookmark, type www.netflix.com directly instead and update the bookmark.
In Chrome, turn off your extensions at chrome://extensions and try again.
If that works, turn extensions back on one by one to find the culprit.
If the message says your account can't be used on this device, move to a plan that supports browser viewing.
