A network problem is preventing your device from connecting to Netflix.

How to fix error NW-1-19

Check that your network allows streaming; public Wi-Fi, hotspots and satellite links may block it or be too slow.
Open another internet app to confirm the device is online.
Restart the device, then restart your modem and router.
Put connection settings back to default (no VPN, proxy or custom DNS) and move the router closer if you use Wi-Fi.
Contact your internet provider if the error continues.
