Troubleshooting

How to fix Logix not working

Logix is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Your browser tries to reach logix.com over your own connection, right now. Nothing is sent to us or stored.

  1. Check the Logix report level

The report level at the top of this page shows whether user reports are above their usual level, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. A spike points to a wider outage; a flat level points to your device or network.

  2. Try Logix on cellular data

Turn off Wi-Fi in Settings > Wi-Fi and reload the app. If it works on cellular but fails on Wi-Fi, restart your router and try the Wi-Fi connection again.

  3. Clear the Logix app cache

A blank screen or a spinner that never stops can come from a bad cache. On Android, open Settings > Apps > Logix > Storage & cache > Clear cache; on iOS, delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store because iOS has no per-app cache button.

  4. Reset your Logix password

Open a private browser window and sign in to the website instead of the app. If the page loads but the app loops back to login, use the Forgot password link on the website; a locked account can look like an outage.

While Logix is down: what to use instead

  • Online banking Open the same account in a browser on the online banking site if the mobile app will not load or sign in.
  • Debit or credit card Your card still works at a store or ATM when the app cannot complete a purchase or cash withdrawal.
  • Phone line Call the phone line to check a balance or move money if the app and website both fail.
  • Branch visit A teller can handle a payment or transfer that cannot wait while the app is unavailable.
About

What happens when Logix goes down

Logix is a credit union with a mobile app and online banking for balances, transfers, bill pay, and check deposit. People rely on it for daily banking, so an outage interrupts sign-in, moving money, paying bills, and card controls.

Sign-in problems usually show up first: the app hangs on the login screen or rejects a password you know is right. Balances and recent transactions may load as a blank screen while transfers sit pending, and bill pay can fail at the review step without a clear confirmation. Mobile deposit can break after you take the check photos, so the deposit never reaches your account. Trouble can stay on one feature, hit some accounts, or cluster by region; the rest of the app may work fine for someone else.

Questions

Logix FAQ

Is Logix down right now?

The status at the top of this page shows whether user problem reports for Logix are above their usual level; it counts reports in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. This site does not ping or probe the service. To tell whether the problem is only on your side, try another network or a different device, and see if the same page or app action fails there too.

Why does the Logix app keep sending me back to the login screen?

The app can drop back to sign-in when the session expires or the phone switches between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Close the app and sign in on one stable network. If it loops again, clear the app cache on Android or reinstall on iOS.

Why did my Logix mobile check deposit fail?

Mobile deposit usually fails when the check image is blurry or the typed amount does not match the written amount. Retake both photos in bright light with the check endorsed, then hold the check until the deposit posts.

Why do card payments get declined when my Logix balance looks fine?

A card can decline on a balance that looks fine because the merchant has an old expiry date or the card is locked in the app. Check the card controls first. If no hold shows, confirm the billing details on the merchant site, try a second card, use a different payment method, then call the number on the back.

Why can't I log in to Logix online banking from a browser?

Browser login can fail when a password manager fills an old password or a stored cookie keeps a half-finished session alive. Open a private window and type the password by hand. If that works, clear the old cookie and update the saved login.

How we track Logix

The status on this page comes from user-submitted problem reports for Logix, counted in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours. Each window is compared with the normal level for Logix, so a few complaints on a quiet day don't trigger anything, but a sudden jump well above normal does.

When reports climb well above normal, the status here changes to partial outage or major outage and the chart moves with it. Logix doesn't publish a public status page that we know of, so user reports are often the quickest sign that something is wrong on their side.
