  1. Sign out and sign back in to Cloud

    Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard and choose Log Out, then close the tab and log in again because the login token expires while project shares stay locked. Then reload your projects.

  2. Re-sync the project from AI Pro

    Save your local copy before you replace it. You fix the sync mismatch when you reopen AI Pro with File > Open to load the cloud version, then upload your floor plans and survey walks so both sides match.

  3. Reload Cloud in a fresh browser profile

    Open an Incognito window. You bypass bad cache and extensions when you clear cached images and files in Chrome with Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data, then sign in and check floor plans and heatmaps.

  4. Test off VPN and recheck Sidekick link

    Disconnect your office VPN. You see if the office firewall blocks sync traffic when you turn off VPN in Windows with Settings > Network & Internet > VPN, then unplug Sidekick 2 and sync your Survey walks over phone hotspot.
