Is BPER Banca down right now?

Why can't I log in to Smart Web or the BPER Banca app?

Login can fail when the app session is stale, the browser has old cookies, or the confirmation step on your phone does not appear. Close the app, reopen it, and try mobile data instead of Wi Fi. If Smart Web still rejects access, clear the browser cookies for bper.it or try a private window, since saved login pages can keep sending bad session data.

Why does the app not send the notification to approve a bonifico or online card payment?

Push approval depends on the phone receiving the request and the banking app being able to open it. Check that notifications are allowed, battery saving is not blocking the app, and the phone time is set to automatic. If no alert arrives, open the app by hand and look for a pending authorization before you start the payment again.

Why are my saldo and movimenti not updating in the account?

A balance can look old when the app loads cached data or when account movements are delayed inside the banking system. Pull to refresh if the app allows it, then compare the same account in Smart Web. Avoid making decisions from a stale saldo if a card payment or bonifico has just been made.

Why does a bonifico, PagoPA, F24, or ricarica fail after I confirm it?

A confirmed operation can still fail if the final step times out or the bank rejects the request after authorization. Check the account movements and the payment archive before sending it again, because a slow confirmation can appear later. If the amount has left the account but the recipient says it has not arrived, keep the operation details and contact the bank through its official channels.
