Starbucks card reload failed
Billing details don't match your bank
Reloads usually fail when the name or address on your Starbucks account is not exactly what your bank has on file, or when the saved card is out of date.
How to fix it
Make sure the name and billing address match your bank's records exactly.
Update your billing info if you moved or changed your name.
Check that the card has not expired and that you entered the right security code.
If the reload still fails, contact your bank or card issuer.
