How to fix Rumble not working

Rumble is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

  1. Refresh the Rumble tab

    A stuck player or a page that never finishes loading usually clears with a plain refresh; on a phone, swipe the app away from the recents screen and open it again. If the video still stalls, try a hard refresh in your browser with Ctrl+F5 on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac.

  2. Test in a private window

    Ad blockers and script blockers can break the player or block parts of the page. Open an incognito or private window, sign in, and load the same video; if it plays, disable extensions one at a time in your browser's extensions menu until you find the one causing trouble.

  3. Clear the app cache

    On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Rumble > Storage and tap Clear cache. On iPhone, open Settings > General > iPhone Storage, tap the app, choose Offload App, then reinstall from the App Store to clear stored data without losing your account.

  4. Switch networks and update

    If videos buffer on one connection only, turn off Wi-Fi in Control Center or Quick Settings and test on mobile data. Restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds, then check the App Store or Play Store for an update, because older builds can fail to load the video feed after a server change.

Rumble is a video platform for uploading, watching and livestreaming, with apps on phones, TV sticks and the web. Creators rely on it for their channels and income, so an outage interrupts uploads, streams and viewing all at once.

The first thing you usually notice is videos that refuse to load or spin on a buffering wheel, with the thumbnail area blank or showing a connection error. Livestreams tend to break next: chat freezes, the player drops frames or the stream cuts out mid-broadcast, which is rough for creators because viewers leave quickly. Uploads and account sign-ins can fail too, sometimes with a generic error that does not explain much.
