The PS5 can't connect to PlayStation, possibly because the servers are congested.

Is PlayStation Network down right now? Operational: 20 problem reports in the last hour. If it were down for everyone, this error could come from there; right now it looks normal.

Check the PlayStation status page.
Turn the router off, wait at least 5 minutes, and turn it back on.
Give it some time and try again later, since the line may be temporarily busy.
