Microsoft OneDrive: "Sync pending"
A hidden or temporary file blocks sync
A folder or file shows Sync pending and never finishes. Microsoft says a hidden file or a temporary .tmp file in the folder is often what holds it up.
How to fix "Sync pending"
Turn on Hidden items in File Explorer to find hidden files in the folder.
If there are none, create a new folder, copy the files into it, then delete the stuck folder.
For a stuck .tmp file, upload it on onedrive.com, rename it, or move it out of OneDrive.
If the OneDrive taskbar icon itself shows Sync pending, delete your Office Document Cache.
