Microsoft OneDrive error 0x8007016A
The cloud file provider is not running
Windows shows this error when you try to open, copy or move OneDrive files and the OneDrive app is not working properly in the background. Microsoft's fix is to update Windows, turn off Files On-Demand and reset OneDrive.
How to fix error 0x8007016A
Check for and install Windows updates.
Make sure you are signed in to OneDrive, then click the OneDrive cloud icon and open Settings.
Clear the Save space and download files as you use them box.
Reset OneDrive.
After the reset, turn Files On-Demand back on.
