Common problemMicrosoft OneDriveOneDrive app on Windows and Mac
Can't sign in to OneDrive
Signed out or blocked by the network
The OneDrive app shows a gray cloud with a line through it or says it is not connected. Microsoft says this means you are signed out, or that a firewall on your network is blocking OneDrive.
How to fix it
Click the gray OneDrive icon and enter your email address and password on the Set up OneDrive screen.
If you forgot the password for a personal account, use the Microsoft account sign-in helper.
For a work or school account, reset your password or contact your IT admin.
If OneDrive says it is not connected, restart the OneDrive app.
If you can sign in but still can't connect, test with your phone as a hotspot to see if your internet provider's firewall blocks OneDrive.
