Common problemMicrosoft OneDrive
OneDrive says it's full
Storage quota used up or reduced
OneDrive stops uploading, editing and syncing new files, and the files you already have become read-only. Microsoft says this happens when you or people on your plan go over the quota, a shared folder pushes you over it, or a subscription or promotion ends and your quota drops.
How to fix it
Open Manage your OneDrive storage to see what takes up space, and empty the Recycle bin.
Delete files you no longer need, or remove large folders that others shared with you.
Check your Microsoft account to see whether a subscription expired or a renewal failed.
Buy more storage if you need it, and allow up to 24 hours for the new quota to show.
