Common problemMicrosoft OneDriveOneDrive app on Windows and Mac
OneDrive files not syncing
Often stuck on Processing changes
OneDrive stops uploading or shows Processing changes for a long time. Microsoft says an open file, a very large file, a big batch of new files, a recent sign-in or update, or being signed out can all hold sync up.
How to fix it
Close any OneDrive file you still have open.
Give OneDrive time if you just added many files, signed in or updated your computer.
Move very large files, such as Outlook data files, out of your OneDrive folder.
Sign in to OneDrive again if you recently changed your password.
Click the OneDrive cloud icon to see which files are stuck, and look for hidden or temporary files.
If nothing changes, unlink and re-link OneDrive.
