Instagram: "Try again later"
Instagram flagged activity on your account
Instagram blocks some actions, such as following or liking, and shows this message. It says this can happen when it detects inauthentic activity on the account, which can also mean someone else knows your password.
How to fix "Try again later"
Change your password or send yourself a password reset email.
Remove access for any third-party apps you do not trust, especially ones that offer likes or followers.
Turn on two-factor authentication.
Check that the phone number and email in your settings are yours.
Remove any accounts you do not recognize from Accounts Center.
