Can't log in to Instagram
Password or login link not working
Instagram will not accept your login or keeps sending you back to the login screen. Instagram's fix is to reset the password with a login link sent to your email or phone.
How to fix it
Tap Forgot password? on the login screen.
Enter your username, email address or phone number and tap Send login link.
Open the link in your email or text message and follow the steps to set a new password.
If that does not work, open the Instagram account recovery page in a phone or computer browser and follow the steps there.
