Instagram feed not loading
Posts, stories or messages stay blank
The feed, stories or messages will not load or refresh. Instagram's general steps check for a weak Wi-Fi or mobile data connection and an outdated app.
How to fix it
Update Instagram and your phone's operating system to the latest version.
Restart your phone or tablet.
Try Instagram on Wi-Fi and then on mobile data to rule out a weak connection.
Delete Instagram and install it again, then log in.
If nothing helps, report the problem from the app so Instagram can look into it.
