Allianz is a global insurer, and its app and website are where you manage cover, download policy documents and start a claim. When the service fails, those tasks stop, sometimes on the day you needed them done.

Why does the My Allianz app sign me out during a claim?
The app drops a session after a period of inactivity or when it cannot refresh your login token. Finish the claim in one sitting and update the app from your phone's app store. If the sign-out repeats on Wi-Fi and mobile data, remove the app and add it back, then sign in again.

I can't log in to My Allianz even though my password is correct. What should I check?
Check the one-time code step first, because an expired code sends you back to the password screen with no clear reason. A saved password in your browser may be out of date after a security change, so type it in fresh. If the account is locked, wait for the lockout period to pass before you try again; repeated attempts only extend it.

Why does a card payment on the Allianz site stall at the bank verification step?
