Yahoo Mail app not showing new emails
Outdated app or lost connection to Yahoo
The Yahoo Mail app on your phone shows an empty or stale inbox. Yahoo says an out-of-date app can fail to connect to its servers, so new mail stops appearing.

How to fix it
Check Yahoo Mail on a computer to see whether new mail arrives there.
Update the Yahoo Mail app from your app store.
Sign out of the app and sign back in.
Uninstall the app and install it again.
