Common problemGCashAndroid and iPhone app
GCash verification failed
Selfie or ID rejected
GCash sends an SMS with the reason a verification was rejected. The usual reasons are a blurry or dark selfie, an expired or unclear ID, or ID details that don't match what you entered.
How to fix it
Read the SMS from GCash to see why the verification was rejected.
Retake the selfie in good light against a plain background, without glasses or a mask.
Use an original, unexpired ID whose details exactly match what you typed in the app.
Resubmit within 10 days through Profile > Verify Now, or you will have to start over.
After sending extra documents, allow 4 days for an update.
