Common problemGCashAndroid and iPhone app
Can't log in to GCash
Login fails, app crashes or won't connect
GCash lists several login problems, from a Failed Login Attempt message to crashes and connection errors. Most of them are fixed on the phone itself.
How to fix it
On Android, go to Settings > Apps > GCash > Storage and tap Clear Cache. Do not tap Clear Data.
On iPhone, swipe GCash away to close it, then open it again.
Update the GCash app, and on iPhone make sure you are on iOS 14 or newer.
Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi and make sure the signal is strong.
If you forgot your MPIN, tap Forgot MPIN? on the login screen and follow the code steps.
