GCash OTP not received
The 6-digit code never arrives
GCash sends login and most transaction codes by SMS, and Express Send codes as in-app notifications. A weak signal, a full SMS inbox or roaming turned off can stop them.
How to fix it
For Express Send, turn on GCash push notifications, because that code comes inside the app.
Check your signal, and if you use a Philippine SIM abroad, make sure roaming is on.
Turn Airplane mode on for 5 seconds, then off, and restart your phone.
Update the GCash app and delete old texts if your SMS inbox is full.
On a Samsung phone, set Samsung Messages as the default SMS app.
