Something went wrong (device or connection)
Disney+ hit a problem starting a video, usually because the device or method isn't supported (an emulator, or a phone's web browser instead of the app) or because the connection is slow or unstable.
How to fix error 83
Use the Disney+ app on a supported device, or DisneyPlus.com on a supported computer.
Check your internet connection, and power-cycle the modem and router if your provider recently had an outage.
Close and reopen the app (or refresh the site) and try the video again in a few minutes.
Turn the device off and on, then open Disney+ again.
