Trouble connecting to your internet
Disney+ couldn't get a usable connection, most often because the internet connection is slow or unstable or the Wi-Fi signal is weak.

Make sure you're using the app on a supported device, or a supported computer's browser.
Close and reopen the app, or reload the website.
Restart your modem and router, especially after an internet outage.
Run a speed test and compare it with Disney+'s recommended speeds.
