Incorrect password
The password entered at login doesn't match the account. If it's the one you signed up with, Disney+ says it was most likely changed through another Disney service that uses the same email address.

Reset your password with the Forgot Password option.
Remember that a password or email change made on Disney+ also changes your MyDisney login for other Disney services.
If you think someone else got into the account, reset the password or contact Disney+ right away.
