Zayo is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Reload and restart
Reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or fully close the app and open it again.
Try another connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it works on one and not the other, the problem is your network, not Zayo.
Update the app
Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Old versions can stop connecting after a server-side change.
While Zayo is down: what to use instead
- Mobile hotspot Tether a phone or use a cellular router for email and web work while the main circuit is down.
- Backup ISP circuit If your site has a second carrier or failover router, switch critical traffic to that path until the primary connection recovers.
- Lumen Use an existing Lumen circuit or cross-connect as a temporary path for essential traffic if one is already in place.
- Cogent Route essential traffic through an existing Cogent port or transit connection when your primary path is unavailable.

How we track Zayo
