Fix it

How to fix error 0x87DD0013

  1. Check the Xbox status page for service alerts.

  2. Restart the console (hold the Xbox button, then Restart console) or restart the PC.

  3. If the device is frozen, hold the power button for 10 seconds, then turn it back on.

  4. If the code appeared during a console update or setup, follow Microsoft's system update troubleshooting instead.
