Valorant error VAN 9001

TPM 2.0 not enabled

Riot Vanguard requires TPM 2.0 but cannot detect it as enabled. Most PCs have TPM 2.0, but it may be switched off in the BIOS.

Is Valorant down right now? Operational: 3 problem reports in the last hour. If it were down for everyone, this error could come from there; right now it looks normal.
Fix it

How to fix error VAN 9001

  1. Press Windows key + R, run tpm.msc and check the status and that the version is 2.0 (1.2 is not supported).

  2. If no compatible TPM is found, open UEFI Firmware Settings via Settings > Recovery > Advanced startup.

  3. Enable Intel PTT (Intel) or AMD fTPM (AMD), then save with F10 and exit.

  4. Launch the game again.
