How to fix UFC not working

Reload the UFC page or app
On a computer, press Ctrl+F5 on Windows or Command+Shift+R on a Mac to hard refresh the page. In the phone app, force close it from the app switcher and open it again, then turn off any ad blocker or tracking blocker for the site if the video still stalls. Try that first.
Sign in again in a private window
Open a private browser window with Ctrl+Shift+N on Windows or Command+Shift+N on a Mac, go to ufc.com, and sign in with the same email and password. If live video plays there, the problem is in your normal browser profile. Sign out and back in there, or clear that profile's site data if the same error returns.
Clear site data for the app
In Chrome, open the three-dot menu, choose More tools, then Clear browsing data, tick Cookies and other site data plus Cached images and files, set the time range to All time, and clear it. On Safari, go to Settings, Safari, Advanced, Website Data, find ufc.com, and delete it. If playback still fails in the phone app, uninstall and reinstall it.
Try the site on another network
Turn off Wi-Fi on your phone and open the site over cellular data, or join a different Wi-Fi network on a laptop. That isolates the fault. If the page or video works there, restart your router and turn off any VPN or proxy on the original device, then clear that device's browser cache or reinstall the app.

What happens when UFC goes down
UFC is a mixed martial arts promotion whose site and app stream live fight cards and replays for fans in the US. Fans rely on it to watch a live card or catch up on a replay, so an outage interrupts the video they came for and can block account access.
Live video breaks first. The player stalls or drops to a loading screen while the event page and news still load, and you may get signed out or hit an error when you open a replay. Login and playback fail together; cached clips and some text pages can keep working. Problems are often partial or regional, so one card may fail for you while someone on another network gets through, and the status at the top only shows whether reports users send to a public outage-reporting service are above their usual level in 15-minute windows over the last 24 hours.
