You aren't allowed into that experience or private server. Roblox lists strict private server settings, not being invited to a VIP or private server, server downtime, and connection or device glitches as causes.

How to fix error 524

  1. In Settings, open Privacy and content restrictions > Visibility & private servers and change who can add you to private servers.

  2. Ask the private server owner to add you as a member or allow friends, or join the group a group-only game requires.

  3. Fully close Roblox and restart your device.

  4. Wait a few minutes and retry, or switch networks or restart your router.

  5. Reinstall Roblox if nothing else works.
