Common problemMicrosoft OutlookOutlook.com
Outlook not receiving emails
Full storage, rules, filters or Junk folder
New mail does not show up in your Outlook.com inbox. Microsoft says full cloud storage stops all mail, and rules, forwarding, filters, the Junk folder or a temporary account block can also keep messages away.
How to fix it
Check your mailbox storage, because mail stops in both directions when your Microsoft storage is full.
Look in the Junk Email folder and mark wanted messages as not junk.
Check the Other tab and any filter that may hide messages.
Review your inbox rules and forwarding settings and remove any that move mail away.
Sign in again if you recently changed your password.
