Can't sign in to Gemini
Account type, age or location blocks access
Gemini shows Something went wrong or Can't access this service when you try to sign in. Google says the account may not be eligible right now because of its type, the user's age, the location or its activity history.
How to fix it
Use a personal Google Account you manage yourself, or a work or school account where the admin has turned Gemini on.
Check that the account meets the age rule: 13 or over for personal and school accounts, 18 or over for work accounts.
Note that accounts managed with Family Link cannot use the Gemini web app.
Use a supported browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera or Edge.
Wait and try again later if you see Something went wrong.
